LOS ANGELES (April 1st, 2018) -- The Gladiators are excited to announce the signing of DPS player Elena “Tisumi” Storrb. Although she has no prior professional competitive experience, Tisumi is a popular streamer and is renowned for her flexible and deep hero pool.

Famed for the quality of being “meta-proof”, Tisumi will provide the Gladiators with an increasing ability to adapt to changing metas. Her skilled plays on Torbjörn, Ana, McCree, and Hanzo are particularly notable.

“Tisumi’s flexibility will add a lot more variety to our team compositions, especially on Ilios. Usually we just spin a wheel and assign roles, but adding Tisumi will give us way more options,” says head coach David “dpei” Pei.

The Gladiators have risen in the standings in Stage 2, outperforming expectations and contending for Stage 2 playoffs against the strongest teams in the league. Expect to see Tisumi fragging out onstage in Stage 3, which begins for the LA Gladiators on Wednesday, April 4th against the San Francisco Shock.

Follow Tisumi on Twitter @Tisumi and Twitch @Tisumi to keep up with her move to the @LAGladiators.
